Terms of Service

Woneview lets you connect accounts you own (such as Google Business Profile, Instagram, and Facebook Pages) and display your own content as customizable widgets embedded on your own websites.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You may only connect accounts and Pages that you own or are authorized to manage. You grant us permission to access and display the content from those accounts solely to provide the Service. You retain all rights to your content, and you can disconnect an account at any time.

The Service relies on third-party APIs, including Google, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and our payment provider. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by those platforms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to display content you do not have rights to;
• Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service;
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Razorpay). Fees, limits, and billing periods are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we delete your data as described in our Data Deletion policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woneview is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
