Data Deletion

Woneview only stores the data needed to display your own content in the widgets you create. You can delete that data at any time using any of the methods below. This page also serves as our data deletion instructions for Meta (Instagram and Facebook).

1. Remove a connected account (instant)

Sign in to your dashboard, open the widget's Source settings, and choose Disconnect for the Google, Instagram, or Facebook connection. This immediately deletes the stored access token and the cached content (posts, reviews, profile details) we hold for that connection.

2. Remove the Woneview app from Instagram or Facebook

You can also revoke our access directly from the platform:

  • Instagram: Settings and privacy, then Apps and websites, then remove Woneview.
  • Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (Apps and websites), then remove Woneview.

When you remove the app there, Meta notifies us and we delete the corresponding access token and the content we cached for that connection.

3. Delete your entire account

To delete your Woneview account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will permanently delete your account and all related data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Stored access tokens for the connected platform;
  • Cached content we retrieved (Instagram or Facebook posts, Google reviews) and related metadata;
  • Profile details we stored (such as username, profile picture, and follower count);
  • For full account deletion: your account record, widgets, and settings.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, billing records).
